With Meyer's Help, Georgetown Class Makes Grants of Their Own

An article on Georgetown University's website featured the work of students in a class called "Philanthropy and Social Change." Using grants from the Meyer Foundation and two other foundations, the students learned about the grantmaking process and awarded their own grants to local nonprofits. The students awarded grants to two Meyer grantees, the Center for Inspired Teaching and Young Playwrights' Theater.
