Fenty Announces New Uniform Grantmaking Procedures for Executive Agencies
Mayor Adrian M. Fenty today introduced the City-Wide Grants Manual and Sourcebook (Grants Manual), which establishes grantmaking policies and procedures for all agencies, boards and commissions, government offices and departments subject to the Mayor’s authority. The Grant Manual provides the executive branch with uniform procedures for selecting grant recipients and monitoring the use of District funds.
